What is a yoga festival?

We are seeing them everywhere, yoga festivals, weekends full of yoga classes, shopping, dining, seminars, dancing and music. Some are large with rock stars and rock star like yoga teachers, and some are small local gatherings with local natural settings. All part of what is being called "destination yoga", where groups of people meet up in various places for a weekend yoga retreat, yoga festival or yoga conference.
